JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Hr aDMINISTRATOR
Qualifications:
1.
Have the personal qualities to work with staff and the community in
which we serve.
2.
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration or related field. Must
possess a minimum of an Associates Degree in Human Resource Management,
Business Administration or related field.
3.
Two (2) years experience in Human Resources.
4.
Good oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy skills are a must,
especially in spreadsheets.
5.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with specific
deadlines and maintain integrity of data at all times. Ability to work flexible schedule.
DESCRIPTION OF
DUTIES:
Responsible for all human resource activities
including but not limited to; Interviewing
job applicants; reviewing applications/resumes;
processing and reviewing results of BRC’s for potential new hires, volunteers and interns;
evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s
qualifications. Maintain job posting documentation and file appropriately. Prepare external and internal ads for
recruitment, job fairs and open houses.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, colleges and
other recruitment sources.
Implement, manage and maintain Human Resource data
bases. Work with HR team to assist with
new employee orientations, process payroll and benefits, workers comp., labor
relations, employee relations, and communication in general. Exceptional organization and administrative
work including filing, typing, and use of basic office equipment is
required. Assist with the development
and schedule of training courses.
Maintain and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements. Assist in the development and acquisition of
HR reports and other duties as assigned.
