Job Description
TITLE: PT Receptionist,
corporate office
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
High
School Diploma or GED equivalent
2.
Six
months of experience in performing receptionist or general clerical duties; or
an equivalent combination of training and experience.
4.
The
ability to communicate in Spanish/English is required, including spelling,
grammar and punctuation;
DESCRIPTION
OF DUTIES: The duties
listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work
that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not

assignment to this position.

Answer main switchboard
telephone consisting of two telephone lines and multiple extensions always
using proper telephone etiquette.

Triage each call
to the appropriate department or associate.
Be able to find the person the caller needs when they are not clear what
their needs are. Receive and distribute
messages as necessary.
·
Greet visitors to
Square One, notifying appropriate department or associate that visitor is
waiting in reception area or on their way up.
·
Security of
building – ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to
Square One
·
Maintain a
secure, safe and clean reception area.
